Refund policy

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at bathroomsofbolton@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Postage will be at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Once items/packaging have been checked we will do a full refund of the cost of goods.

Damages and issues 

1. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 2.  All baths, trays, sanitaryware and furniture MUST be checked within 24 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS
Any damaged packaging should be notified immediately.

3. Should any of you items have defects, please do NOT install as returns will not be accepted once installed.

4. Please check item codes are correct BEFORE opening packaging. Do NOT rip open packaging but open carefully in case of returns.Damaged packaging will not be accepted back.

 5. Furniture is water resistant NOT waterproof. On no account should any spillage or splashes, even water, be allowed to lie on ant surface. All spillages and splashes should be wiped immediately, failure to do so may shorten the life expectancy of the product and invalidate any guarantees.

6. We advise you use a qualified person to install your products, as any issues relating to poor installation will not be accepted by the supplier.

7. Some products are hand painted, therefore, you may see some slight imperfections which the supplier may deem as acceptable  

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
